Da dies kein verbriefter Originalname des Bootes darstellt und Schiffe sehr oft umbenannt werden, haben auch wir uns dazu entschieden, das Boot umzutaufen.<\/p>\n<p>Mit dem neuen Namen \u00abOld Lady \u2013 Classic Bakdekker Anno 1936\u00bb zollen wir der Eleganz des Bootes Tribut und verleihen W\u00fcrde und historischen Kontext. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist der neue Name international verst\u00e4ndlich. Nat\u00fcrlich haben wir uns bei der Taufe an die eiserne Regel gehalten und das Boot vor der Einwasserung getauft.<\/p>\n<p>Denn die Schiffahrtsregeln besagen: Wer ein Schiff im Wasser umtauft, wird Ungl\u00fcck erfahren! Gem\u00e4ss Experten tr\u00e4gt der Bakdekker die Handschrift des belgischen Schiffsarchitekten Frits Mulder und weist \u00c4hnlichkeit mit dessen Booten \u00abMimpin\u00bb und \u00abSimba\u00bb auf. Frits Mulder entwickelte an die 200 Yachten.<\/p>\n<p>Nach Holland verkauft, wechselte das Boot mehrmals den Besitzer und war zuletzt als \u00abZeeleuw\u00bb immatrikuliert.\u00a0Der Vorbesitzer nutzte das Boot bei seinem Wochenendhaus in Vinkeveen sowie im Marker- und Ijsselmeer.<\/p>\n<p>Der heutige Eigner fuhr das Boot \u00fcber die Wasserwege von Holland, Belgien und Frankreich und hat dabei die Ardennen und die Vogesen beschifft und gegen 300 Schleusen passiert. Hier finden sich die wichtigsten Ger\u00e4te f\u00fcrs Kochen, K\u00fchlen und Abwaschen.<\/p>\n<p>ACHTERNCOCKPIT &amp; DECKS<br \/>\nDurch eine zweifl\u00fcgelige T\u00fcre geht es von der K\u00fcche hinaus in das Achterncockpit. Durch den S\u00fcllrand ist man draussen gut vor Wind und Wetter gesch\u00fctzt. Ein heimeliges Sitz\u00f6rtchen und nat\u00fcrlich auch Ausgangspunkt zum Baden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">DECKS<br \/>\nVorne befindet sich das Bakdeck, hinter dem Steuerhaus das Achterndeck (welches in Zukunft einen Aussensteuerstand aufweisen soll). Zum Sonnen ist also genug Platz vorhanden, meist wird aber das Achterncockpit f\u00fcr diesen Zweck genutzt. Wenns zu heiss wird, geht es \u00fcber die mobile Badeleiter aus edlem Bootsholz ins Wasser.<\/p>\n<p>TOILETTE<br \/>\nVorne im Bug befindet sich eine komplette Toilette, diese hat Stehh\u00f6he.<\/p>\n<p>BACKDECKKABINE<br \/>\nAn die Toilette anschliessend befindet sich unter dem Bakdeck die Backdeckkabine mit ihren vier Kojen. Beim Refit 2010 wurde die ganze Technik der \u00abOld Lady\u00bb neu gebaut und an die Gegebenheiten an Bord (verl\u00e4ngertes Heck, geplanter Aussenf\u00fchrerstand etc.), die Schweizer Gesetzgebung (neuer Motor war Pflicht, Schmutzwassertank etc.) und die Bed\u00fcrfnisse des Eigners angepasst. Das einzige was beibehalten wurde ist das Bugstrahlruder, welches bereits beim letzten Refit eingebaut wurde. Den Motor auswechseln zu m\u00fcssen, war ein Jammer. Denn der British Leyland von 1952 war zwar nicht der Originalmotor, aber stets super zuverl\u00e4ssig und wies niedrige Verbrauchswerte auf.
